I have continually exhausted, strained, and drained myself under the pressures of motherhood. While exhaustion is an unavoidable aspect of motherhood, I have persistently made choices that were not in my (or my sons) best interest.

My Intentions: mindful awareness and nuturing
I commit to mindful awareness of when I'm making poor choices and why I'm choosing to do so.
I choose, instead, to nurture myself and my family with balance and love.
